DIY Knee Patch Tights

I’m wearing dresses in a big way this fall, and a pair or five of these easy DIY knee patch tights are just the thing to jazz things up a little and make old reliables fun again. I love the idea of doing a more subtle tone-on-tone pair like Stephanie at 3191 Miles Apart suggests!
