iMM Living + a Giveaway

If I was able to pick one thing out of all those specific pieces I would choose the Feather cardholder and NOT because it would be perfect for ME but it would be perfect for my best friend for Christmas
She’s a graphic designer and crafter, she sells crafts at craft shows and her logo has a phoenix on it so the feathers are just a perfect fit to hold her business cards!!

It’s hard to choose because they are all so lovely {and so beautifully styled!}, but my fav is the “Best In Show” trophy-style porcelain cannister. Would LOVE to use this for my sweet dog Duke’s treats!

I LOVE the Pedigree Container! I would put it next to my grandmother’s horse racing trophy, which is in on my bookcase right now (she won ‘by a nose’ – literally, the horse stopped short of the finish line and she went over the horse’s head to finish, on her face, at the finish line – hey, a wins a win)!

Pick a favorite? How could I! I immediately gravitated to the Watering Hole Cruet at first, since I’ve never really left the sheep farm in my heart. Then I fell for the Totem Cup set. And I did a double take when I saw the jewelry holder. Can I pick three?
If not I suppose I loved the Cruet first, and I shouldn’t deny that love…

I love them all but I am partial to the antlers. My husband is a hunter and I have incorporated deer mounts into my decor. He will not, yes will not let me paint any of them white… so see why I love the white antlers !!!!

Oh man, I love ‘em all! But the “Best In Show” piece is the winner in my book because the dog on top looks a lot like our three Italian Greyhounds. They’re all rescues, so they’ll never win any ‘official’ ribbons but they’ve won first place in my heart. That little trophy would just be a little something for them to show off to their friends.
Side note – that totem and the bear will be birthday presents to me from my husband. He just doesn’t know it yet…

Being a self confessed tea junkie I would have to say the Bear Hunters Den Decorative Tray. The perfect place to put my tea bags while they are too hot to handle. Adorable and quirky. This piece is the right balance of functional and quirky – it immediately made me smile. Whsts better than surrounding yourself with pieces that make you smile? It could also serve as a place to put your spare change or jewelry.

When I was in high school in suburban New Jersey, our schoolbuilding was right next to a large, secluded woods. I was in orchestra, which was sequestered away from the rest of the school. It also happened to be the closest building to the woods.
One morning, I looked out the window and saw an antler lying on the ground… at first I didn’t even know what I was looking at. It had five points, meaning it belonged to a deer at least five years old, which had probably been hanging out in the woods. Deers shed their antlers every year!
The antler jewelry holder is my favorite piece because it reminds me of the antler I found one day before orchestra – I still have it! It also matches my other nature-themed jewelry holder, a white tree. That holder, however, does not hold my rings – the antler holder would be perfect!
