Salsa!

Salsa gets pigeonholed as being red and tomatoey, when it’s actually extremely versatile. What do you have in your fridge? Chances are there’s something lurking in there that would make a great salsa. During summer I love adding fruit for an unexpectedly sweet kick against the heat. Mmm that corn and avocado salad looks so refreshing! I’ve always said I would want my last meal on death row to be chips and salsa (Yeah… morbid I know) so of course I love this post!

I might have to make one of these each week for the rest of the summer! That mojito melon salsa might be first. It’s definitely going with me to the lake.

I’m seriously drooling over all of these amazing photos. This post should single-handedly take me through the summer with a different salsa for every week. Thanks for compiling such a great list!
