The Value of a Dollar

 

Anyone who tries to eat reasonably healthy has that moment of realization – it’s cheaper to eat like crap. Jonathan Blaustein had the moment when he bought ten organic blueberries for a dollar. Afterward he set about chronicling amounts of food you can get for a dollar through his camera, healthy foods are juxtaposed with the not so healthy.     Simply incredible. It is amazing what you can do with a dollar and how difficult it is to eat responsibly…. shouldn`t be the easiest way instead?
