I Scream, You Scream.
After you flipped over last week’s popsicle post, I thought I’d make that sort of collection a recurring feature here. These posts will be random and pop up here and there when I notice a particular food trend making the rounds, or maybe it might be something seasonal.
Today it’s ice cream.

Oh. Wow. I've made salted caramel ice cream before and it is amazing. Totally addicting. And now I think I have to try the bacon one. I have to.

Had you told me that these were Jeni's recipes I might have hyperventillated. I'm thinking how much money I could save by making Jeni's brown butter almond brittle at home . . . and how much more weight I'll gain!
